Invoices to Vitalityhealth
Following the rebranding from PruHealth to VitalityHealth, it has still been possible to submit invoices where the patient's insurer is selected as VitalityHealth or VitalityHealth legacy.
However, at the request of the insurer, Healthcode will be updating its systems so that bills can only be submitted to VitalityHealth.
From 19th January 2020, it will not be possible to process bills where the patient's insurer is selected as VitalityHealth legacy.
