To access the Healthcode system login page from any internet connected computer go to http://www.healthcode.co.uk and click on the secure access button which appears on the front page.
To log in simply enter your username and password in the appropriate form fields, and click the submit button.
You also have the option of viewing the site in full screen mode — to enable this functionality check the Full Screen check box.
If you enter your password incorrectly you will receive an error message and will be able to try again.
If you enter your password incorrectly three times consecutively your account will be locked, and your manager will
need to contact customer services to request that your account be enabled again. This is a security feature designed to
prevent anyone from trying many different passwords in an attempt to find the correct one.
Your account will also be locked if an attempt is made to log in using your username and password while you
already have a user session open. This is a security feature designed to prevent the sharing of passwords,
and to minimize the chances of anyone who has found out your password accessing the system.
Logging Out
To log out from any page in the site click the open padlock icon near the top right hand corner of
the page.
You will also be logged out automatically if:
you attempt to view a page without following a link
in the body of one of the system pages (for example, using the back or refresh buttons, or going to another
site by entering its address in the browsers address bar)
your user session times out (i.e. if you are logged in but do not click anything for about 20 minutes).
